Compound. was founded by Shreya Kulkarni — a marketing strategist with 7+ years running campaigns at enterprise scale across Omnicom, McDonald's, Volkswagen, Coles, 7-Eleven, and FireDaemon, across Australia and APAC.

After co-founding Floodgate Digital in Australia, leading data strategy for national retail brands at Omnicom, and building the entire marketing function for a B2B SaaS company from scratch — one thing became obvious. The most expensive thing a business can do is hire an agency that doesn't understand its commercial model.

Compound. exists to fix that. We work with a small number of clients at a time because that is the only way to do work we are proud of. We do not have a junior team running your accounts. We do not outsource strategy to templates. Every engagement gets the same senior-level thinking that drove results at Omnicom.
